This is primarily a seniors/low income apartment building with offices and retail outlets on the main floor. The office I work in is on the main floor and a number of our clients live in the building. This building (primarily the residential area) has been infested with bed bugs for years. It is currently owned and managed by the City of Hamilton. Although they treat regularly, the bed-bug infestation has never been properly addressed (for example no assistance is provided to the senior/disabled residents to prepare their apartments).
